Presenting prototypes of designs to users for user experience testing is crucial to evaluate the practical benefits of the creation process, which remains theoretical during the design and project stages, and to identify potential flaws.

At the UX Lab, located within the ISO ETP Center, products that have been prototyped or are still in the digital design phase can be tested to assess their impact on users in terms of physiological, cognitive, behavioral, or emotional responses. This testing utilizes EEG, eye tracking, biosensor equipment, and physiological software packages. Consequently, the center provides valuable insights to manufacturers regarding market acceptance and user reactions to product designs before production, enabling design refinements.

Furthermore, statistical data obtained from experiments and user experience can be used to assess user preferences for new product designs, their ergonomic qualities, and the effect of user perception on product demand. This approach provides market acceptance and user reaction information for product designs that have been prototyped prior to production, facilitating further design improvements.
